Leatherwood is pleased to announce the addition of a Senior Recruiter!

Kelly Raby is our new senior recruiter and brings a positive can-do attitude and tons of experience to our team! As an attorney for almost 20 years, Kelly counseled her clients with a passion for the law, integrity, empathy and an unwavering commitment to service. She chose to leave the traditional practice of law and go into legal recruiting because she wanted a path to continue serving others in a meaningful way. For the last year, she has honed her recruiting and client service skills working for a small legal recruiting firm. She is now ready to take on new challenges and new clients with Leatherwood Legal Recruiting and is eager to offer white-glove service and a holistic approach to both candidates and clients as she strives to find perfect matches for each. She will be recruiting not only for attorneys in all practice areas, but also patent agents, technical advisors in all science and technology backgrounds, and will offer staff recruiting as her clients need as well.
