Kelly is a senior recruiter and brings a positive can-do attitude and tons of experience to our team. As an attorney with two decades of experience, Kelly counseled her clients with passion for the law, integrity, empathy and an unwavering commitment to service. She chose to leave the traditional practice of law and pursue legal recruiting because she wanted a path to continue serving others in a meaningful way. As the founder of Leatherwood Legal Recruiting, she is eager to offer white-glove service and a holistic approach to both candidates and clients as she strives to find perfect matches for each. She recruits for attorneys in all practice areas, patent agents and technical advisors in all science and technology backgrounds, and all staff positions in an effort to fulfill her clients needs.

Matt Raby

Matt served as an engineer in custom machine design for seventeen years, later moving into factory automation and high-volume, high-precision automotive component manufacturing for more than a decade. His technical background is augmented by a strong sense of customer service, as he is known for taking the time to meet the needs of his customers. He brings this passion to Leatherwood Legal Recruiting, seeking to build relationships with candidates and clients alike. His primary focus is on placing Technical Advisors, Patent Agents and Patent Attorneys as he identifies with those bearing extensive technical backgrounds.

Janice May

Jan rounds out our team as an assistant recruiter. She previously made a career proudly serving her community as social worker. Her desire to help others meet the best possible outcome compliments the mission of Leatherwood Legal. Besides, this is a wonderful way for mother and daughter to have productive time together and pursue helping others find their dream jobs!
